Senior Associate Jake S. Oresick presented “Terminations and Evictions: When the Love is Gone” at the National Business Institute’s day-long seminar, “Pennsylvania Landlord-Tenant Law from Start to Finish,” on November 2, 2023. The presentation focused on the steps a landlord must take to terminate a lease and effectuate an eviction under Pennsylvania law and discussed drafting leases common issues in litigating evictions.
