Immediate Need - Business Litigation Associates needed ASAP for exciting and rapidly growing trial based practice: We are looking to hire a full time, partner track litigation associate attorney for work in some or all areas of business litigation, IP infringement litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith matters, cybersecurity and data breach response, and employment/trade secret/DTSA litigation work. Applicant must be licensed at minimum in Pennsylvania and we would prefer someone living in the Western Pennsylvania region. Additional admission in West Virginia would be beneficial but not required. Work location is flexible and could be sometimes remote with perhaps some personal meetings with lead counsel or clients in downtown office. Need is immediate due to workload and we prefer someone with at least 3-6+ years of commercial litigation experience in business litigation, IP litigation, employment and trade secrets litigation or insurance coverage defense (some or all are relevant). Litigation Paralegals – Immediate Need for one or more – Complex business, intellectual property and insurance litigation paralegal support including: Assist attorneys in case and document management, preparing legal documents; and assisting in ensuring compliance with federal laws, court and administrative rules, and court procedures; conduct factual and legal research; prepare witness files; assist in all phases of discovery and court hearings/trials; prepare relevant documents for exhibits and other materials for, and attend depositions, hearings, and trials; gather, review and organize documents for discovery; prepare and produce documents; review records produced by other parties; prepare, review and edit pleadings and discovery requests; summarize deposition and trial transcripts; prepare and arrange for service of subpoenas.

Candidate should have experience in creating, managing, loading and converting document formats and working in litigation databases such as Concordance, Relativity and outside vendor databases for large-scale litigation, privilege review and document coding.  Candidate should also have experience necessary to prepare and file court documents; be familiar with electronic filing (particularly ECF) protocol in Federal , State and Appeals Courts.   Paralegal shall be able to calculate filing dates for court and other filing deadlines; incorporate information into the scheduling calendar to monitor deadlines; and notify attorneys and staff of any updates to electronic court dockets. Some work can be remote, but we prefer a candidate living in the Western Pennsylvania region.
