Michael’s practice has focused heavily on real estate and construction litigation, including disputes under the Pennsylvania Real Estate Seller Disclosure Law, the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, and the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. He has also represented clients in administrative appeals before the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and handled a range of commercial and business disputes, including contract and fiduciary matters.
