Megan L. Otten

As one of the firm’s corporate paralegals, Megan supports Houston Harbaugh’s Corporate attorneys in all areas of the firm’s corporate practice. She is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including forming and qualifying legal entities, assisting attorneys with corporate transaction closings, conducting research, drafting and managing corporate minutes and records, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Megan also has extensive experience in title insurance and escrow licensing, as well as state and federal healthcare licensing.
