Leland Joins Houston Harbaugh in Business Law Practice

Houston Harbaugh, P.C. announced that Jared N. Leland has joined the firm as a Director in its Business Law, Real Estate and Oil and Gas Law practices.

Leland concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, and strategic business counsel. He works with private and closely-held businesses across various industries, including, but not limited to, energy, real estate, engineering, architecture and design, machining, health, and arts and entertainment. Leland regularly structures and manages transactions involving the acquisition and divestiture of assets, manages corporate legal affairs, and counsels clients with respect to capital formation and development. He also has experience with, and often engages in, litigation on behalf of corporate clients.

Prior to joining Houston Harbaugh, Leland was a partner at Elliot & Davis, P.C. where he was co-manager of the Corporate Practice. He received his law degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law a bachelor of arts degree from Boston College.
