Houston Harbaugh Attorneys Named to Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2015
May 15, 2015 | Two Houston Harbaugh attorneys were recognized again as “Pennsylvania Super Lawyers” for the 2015 edition.
Bradley J. Franc had been previously named a Super Lawyer and was selected to the 2015 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
For the third time, Erin C. Farabaugh was selected to the 2015 Pennsylvania Rising Stars list. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
Franc concentrates his legal practice in the areas of business planning, commercial transactions, federal and state tax issues, and estate and The Succession Solution Brochure. Prior to joining Houston Harbaugh, he served as a certified public accountant for the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young L.L.P.
He received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
Farabaugh concentrates her practice in corporate transactions and securities, and business owner growth and exit planning. She has successfully helped clients complete a variety of transitional changes in ownership through mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity, reorganizations, and generational transfers. She routinely serves as outside general counsel to many entrepreneurs and emerging technology companies, assisting with decisions related to formation, capitalization and general corporate legal matters.
She received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and her bachelor’s degree from Westminster College.
