Houston Harbaugh is pleased to announce the promotions of two of its attorneys. On behalf of the Executive Committee and the Directors, the following promotions are effective January 1, 2024: Corey Bauer from Senior Attorney to Director and Maura Perri from Associate to Senior Associate.
The promotions are from some of the firm’s key practice areas, including Business Law and Litigation.

Houston Harbaugh’s Newest Shareholder/Director
Corey A. Bauer – Corey is a Shareholder/Director practicing in the firm’s substantive practice areas of Business Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, Cybersecurity and Data Breach Response and Litigation, Trade Secret Litigation (DTSALaw®), and UAS/UAV (Drone) Advocacy and Investigations. He has substantial trial and motions practice experience and leads litigation teams for the firm in disputes for clients ranging from Fortune 100 to mid-sized companies.
Houston Harbaugh’s Senior Associate Promotion
Maura K. Perri – Maura is a senior associate attorney in the firm’s Business Law Group. Maura concentrates her practice in the areas of general corporate matters, commercial and residential real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning. Her experience includes counseling clients on entity selection and formation, reviewing and drafting various other corporate documents, and assisting with due diligence matters in diverse corporate transactions.
