As part of Houston Harbaugh’s Defending the Algorithm initiative regarding AI and the law, Director Christopher M. Jacobs will serve as a panelist at Think!AI – A Beyond Big Data Summit, presented by the Pittsburgh Technology Council and CGI. The 12th annual summit will take place on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at The Westin Pittsburgh, bringing together more than 300 leaders from technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and business sectors to explore AI strategy, innovation, and real-world impact.
Mr. Jacobs will participate in the session “Responsible AI in a Rapidly Changing Landscape,” a timely discussion focused on the legal, regulatory, and ethical challenges organizations face as AI adoption accelerates. The panel will examine critical issues including employee use of AI, intellectual property, bias, liability, and emerging regulations, offering practical guidance for deploying AI responsibly while remaining compliant and future-ready.
