Henry’s session will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping insurance claims practices and bad faith insurance claims. He will use the Bayesian framework to provide a forward-looking approach on the probability (high) of Plaintiff’s lawyers developing new strategies that base their bad faith claims on alleged non-human (AI) decisions by Carriers on the scope of coverage, insurance claims handling processes, and settlements with insureds and third parties.
