- Brandon McCullough – Director – Brandon concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, and complex commercial and business litigation. He represents insurance companies in a wide array of coverage disputes in trial courts and on appeal in both state and federal courts. Brandon’s coverage matters have included disputes over coverage for construction defects, environmental contamination, latent and progressive injuries, auto liability/UIM, and large first-party property losses. He also regularly represents insurers in high-exposure bad faith claims. In addition, Brandon has represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including cases involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets, breach of commercial contracts, professional liability of accountants and engineers, products liability, estates and trusts disputes, civil rights of public-sector employees, property damage and personal injury. Brandon has taken on multiple leadership roles in both local and national organizations, and is currently serving as Program Chair for the 2023 DRI Bad Faith and Extra-Contractual Liability Seminar.
- Corey A. Bauer – Senior Associate – Corey is a business and intellectual property litigator, practicing in the firm’s substantive practice areas of Business Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, Cybersecurity and Data Breach Response, Trade Secret Litigation and DTSALaw®, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, and UAS/UAV (drone) litigation and investigations. Corey acts as a litigation team lead for the firm in complex trade secret, patent, contract, and tort disputes in state and federal courts. He has first and second-chair trial experience, has presented oral arguments before trial and appellate courts, and has taken and defended dozens of depositions.
