Director Christopher M. Jacobs Amongst the Presenters at the Pennsylvania Defense Institute 2023 Annual Conference

Director Christopher M. Jacobs presented “You’ve Got a Friend in Pennsylvania: The Amicus Process” at the Pennsylvania Defense Institute (“PDI”) 2023 Annual Conference, held in Bedford Springs, Pennsylvania on July 12-14, 2023. PDI is an organization whose membership is comprised of Pennsylvania attorneys, insurance executives and insurance claim professionals who devote a substantial portion of their time to the defense of damage suits and claims administration. An important function of PDI is serving as an amicus before the Pennsylvania state and federal appellate courts with respect to legal issues that may significantly impact the insurance industry.
