P.C., will Present “Considerations for Drafting Reservation of Rights Letters” with Candance Deer from ProAssurance on Friday March 14, 2025 at DRI’s 2025 Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute Conference in Chicago, Illinois at the Loews Chicago Hotel. The presentation will explore authority across various jurisdictions including how to avoid common pitfalls such as waiver and estoppel.
