Zoning and Land Use

We have handled applications and appeals to many local municipalities, including the City of Pittsburgh, for zoning and land use issues including variances, special exceptions, conditional uses, zoning changes and challenges and occupancy and zoning permits. We have also successfully represented clients in connection with appeals at the Court of Common Pleas and Commonwealth Court levels.
