Shareholders Henry M. Sneath and Corey A. Bauer will present on “AI and the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA): Investigating and Litigating Stolen IP” at Duquesne University’s Cyril H. Wecht Institute’s 23rd Annual Forensic Science and Law Symposium on November 21, 2024 at the Duquesne Union Ballroom. They will provide invaluable insights for legal professionals navigating the challenges and opportunities of AI in both criminal and civil actions involving the DTSA.

The 23rd Annual Forensic Science and Law Symposium will be presented in partnership with the Carl G. Grefenstette Center for Ethics in Science, Technology and Law.
