An attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Oil and Gas Law practices, Andrew assists clients in a wide array of litigation matters, ranging from commercial/construction disputes to oil and gas matters. Andrew frequently appears in court on behalf of clients.
Andrew is dedicated to assisting clients achieve positive outcomes in their litigation matters. This entails detailed research, evaluation of claims and defenses and effective advocacy, both in papers and before the Court. Andrew takes a strategic approach toward accomplishing client goals and provides practical advice to clients about the litigation process.
Prior to joining Houston Harbaugh, Andrew was a litigator at a personal injury law firm where he focused his practice on general civil tort litigation. As a foundation to his litigation skills and experience, while in law school, Andrew clerked for general practice and civil litigation firms in Pennsylvania.
