Corey A. Bauer Appointed to Trade Secret Chair of DRI Intellectual Property Litigation Committee
Congratulations to Houston Harbaugh’s Senior Associate Corey A. Bauer who was recently appointed Trade Secret Chair of the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) Intellectual Property Litigation Committee. He also serves on the DRI Young Lawyer Steering Committee and acts as the DRI Young Lawyer Liaison for the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee.
Corey is a trade secret lawyer and a litigation team lead for the firm in trade secret litigation involving both Pennsylvania Uniform Trade Secret Act (PUTSA) and Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) claims, as well as other Economic Espionage Act and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act-related claims.
