Bergenthal Joins Houston Harbaugh’s Litigation Practice

Houston Harbaugh, P.C. announced that Erik M. Bergenthal has joined the firm as an associate in its Litigation practice.

Bergenthal has a diverse legal background covering complex civil litigation, non-compete disputes, construction litigation, guardianship, and collection cases. He has additional experience researching chain of title and drafting Certified Title Opinions.

He received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he received a Health Law Certificate, Deans Scholarship, and CALI Award for Academic Excellence. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
