O’Donnell Joins Houston Harbaugh in Oil and Gas Law Practice

Houston Harbaugh, P.C. announced Brendan A. O’Donnell has joined the firm as an associate in its Oil and Gas and Litigationpractice areas.

Mr. O’Donnell’s practice focuses on representing landowners and royalty owners in a wide variety of matters, including the preparation and negotiation of leases, pipeline right of way agreements, surface use agreements, and oil, gas and mineral conveyances. He also has experience with the evaluation of deeds for oil and gas ownership, analyzing royalty payments and preparing documents to cure title deficiencies.

Along with his representation of private landowners, Mr. O’Donnell has counseled municipal and school officials regarding a broad spectrum of oil and gas related issues that include leasing, surface disturbance, zoning and land use.

He earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
