Overview
An attorney in the firm’s litigation, insurance and intellectual property practice groups, Tyler focuses his practice in the substantive areas of Business Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, Trade Secret and DTSALaw®, and Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith.
Tyler has experience with all stages of litigation. He additionally brings experience drafting corporate transactional agreements such as: stock purchase agreements, employment agreements, business formation documents, and confidentiality/ non-disclosure agreements which further allow him to understand commercial business litigation matters. He is currently working on complex DTSA/Trade Secret litigation and Insurance Coverage matters.
In addition to his legal profession, Tyler is also an active entrepreneur, enabling him to bring a “business first” approach to his practice.
Before joining Houston Harbaugh, Tyler was an associate in a general practice law firm where he focused his practice in business and real estate law. While in law school, Tyler spent time clerking for both civil litigation and public sector associations in Pennsylvania and Kansas.
