Overview
Jason H. Peck is a litigation attorney with a focus on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation and insurance defense litigation. He has extensive experience in counseling clients with respect to issues involving both commercial and personal insurance policies, including homeowner’s policies, commercial property and general liability policies, professional liability policies, auto liability policies, and builders’ risk policies. Jason has also represented insurance companies in coverage disputes arising from these policies in both state and federal court, and at trial and on appeal.
Prior to working at Houston Harbaugh, Jason was a shareholder at DiBella Weinheimer. In addition to counseling insurance companies and representing them in litigation arising from insurance‑coverage disputes, he also represented individuals in litigation involving breach of contract, slip and falls, fraud, defamation, and civil rights. Jason also previously worked as a Staff Attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit where he assisted judges with the resolution of jurisdictional, procedural, and substantive issues.
