Grant A. Allison
Overview
Grant Allison is an Associate in Houston Harbaugh’s litigation practice, and brings experience in litigation, municipal law, land use and zoning, environmental law, and business transactions. With a practice grounded in both litigation and advisory work, Grant offers clients thoughtful legal guidance.
Before joining Houston Harbaugh, Grant represented both municipal and private clients in land use and zoning matters, specifically related to Data Centers, renewable energy, and environmental issues. His courtroom advocacy extends to environmental litigation, including trying an appeal before Pennsylvania’s Environmental Hearing Board on novel constitutional grounds.
During law school, Grant distinguished himself by being inducted into the Moot Court Honor Society. He placed as runner-up in the Distinguished Jurist Moot Court Competition and was awarded the Best Brief Award. In addition, Grant was sworn in as a Certified Legal Intern for the Delaware Civil Clinic where he successfully obtained PFA’s and restraining orders for survivors of domestic violence.
Regardless of the type of representation, Grant prides himself in providing clients with realistic, pragmatic advice as well as taking particular pride in advising clients with a common sense, business-first approach.
