He recently represented an international heavy-duty electric vehicle manufacturer in a multi-million dollar tortious interference case, managing ESI protocols for a universe exceeding one million documents, ultimately securing a favorable settlement. His courtroom advocacy extends to environmental litigation, including trying an appeal before Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court on novel constitutional grounds.
