Heidi Rai Stewart, a Director in the firm’s Estates and Trusts practice, Stewart assists individuals in the creation of estate plans, probate, and estate and trust administration. She received her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law, and her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Carlow College.
James H. Webster, a Director and chair of the firm’s Public Finance practice, has been recognized for 11 consecutive years. He concentrates his practice in public finance, including general obligation and municipal authority financings and industrial development revenue bond financings. He has represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Counties, School Districts, Municipalities, Authorities and Industrial Development Authorities in a career spanning more than 25 years in municipal finance. Webster received his law degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law, and he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Denison University.
