Faulds Joins Houston Harbaugh as Associate in its Corporate Practice
AHouston Harbaugh, P.C. announced that Jaclyn E. Faulds has joined the firm as an associate in its Corporate Practice.
Faulds concentrates her practice in the areas of general corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning. Her experience includes entity formation, restructuring, and dissolution, along with reviewing and drafting various other corporate documents including non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, settlement and release agreements, and promissory notes and security agreements. She has worked with clients in composing terms and conditions and privacy policies, as well as social media policies.
She received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz School of Business. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University.
