Corey A. Bauer Speaking at DRI’s 2025 Business and Intellectual Property Litigation Super Conference

On Thursday, March 27, 2025, Director Corey A. Bauer will speak at the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) 2025 Business and Intellectual Property Litigation Super Conference on The Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) and potential issues that arise as a result of late trade secret identification in the federal litigation process. He will specifically discuss the burden late trade secret identification places on judicial economy, public policy, and clients on both sides of the dispute, and propose a procedural solution. He will be joined on the panel by Professor Nicole Morris, Director of Innovation and Legal Tech at Emory Law in Atlanta, Georgia, and former Managing Patent Counsel for The Coca-Cola Company.
